Only data necessary to operate the services is processed, in particular:

  • Identity and contact details (e.g. name, email);
  • Authentication and security logs (sign-in times, devices, approximate locations);
  • Content stored or transmitted in the course of using the services (e.g. email, files);
  • Technical device information and standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Data is processed to

  • provide the services (performance of a contract);
  • ensure information security (legitimate interest);
  • comply with legal obligations.

4. Processors and International Transfers

Established cloud providers are used to deliver the services. Data may be transferred to other countries, in particular within the EU/EEA and the United States. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, required by statutory retention periods, or justified by legitimate interests. It is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have the right to

  • access;
  • rectification or erasure;
  • restriction of, or objection to, processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw any consent given.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the FDPIC; in the EU/EEA your competent national data-protection authority.

8. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or third-party scripts.
